We recently had to say goodbye to my bestfriend Zeus, it came fast and unexpected we were not at all prepared for a life without him.

Arti (from memory) came and collected my sweet boy and he was so incredibly kind and patient with us as we said goodbye. He did not announce his presence he did not try to rush us, he was simply there which is hard to explain but he was my angel that day.

He took my boy on his last adventure and I will never forget it.

Steph then returned him home to us and was the kindest most empathetic person we have ever meet, she asked about Zeus and what he was like and asked to see photos of him.

It truly was beautiful to speak about him as he was.

I think I cried more over how beautifully ‘Keesha’ was treated after passing. The compassion and dignity my deceased husky was treated with has made my heart melt. Flowers and a comfortable bed for the trip to her forever paddock showing me she is in good hands. Thank you Buddy❤️

The most wonderful and caring people that you can trust to take care of your fur baby. My biggest concern was.. what if they mix up her ashes with someone else’s? But they don’t. They evidently keep a metal ID tag on them at all times and it stays with them even in their final urn, which made me feel so at ease. Thank you Buddy

Buddy was fantastic and were so responsive at an emotional time.

We had returned from overseas the night before. Archie, our 13:5 yo French Poodle, was clearly deteriorating in his health. He passed away mid-afternoon, and at a time when jet lag was setting in.

Buddy simply took over and at very short notice collected Archie, having arrived quickly and in such an understated way.

Archie’s ashes will be returned to us.

Buddy, especially Chantelle and Jamal, were magnificent in relieving us of extended grief.
