We take great pride in creating each handcrafted pet keepsake, and we always do our utmost to capture the full range of colours in your beloved pet’s coat. Please note that some fur colours, particularly lighter tones, may appear slightly darker or a little sheer once cast in resin. This is a natural part of the resin-casting process and can give the appearance of fur when wet.
To keep your pet’s clipping looking it’s best, we recommend keeping it out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. If required, clean using a soft cloth.
Resin naturally yellows over time. To minimise the impact we use high quality UV resistant resin, however it is unavoidable due to the nature of the material.

Where your pet is in our care, a Buddy team member will take a lock of your pet’s fur lovingly and with dignity.
While every effort will be made to get the perfect lock of fur, every pet is unique, and so your lock may vary in size and quantity. This reflects the individual and special nature of your pet and should be embraced.
